Bjørn Ronning
Lecture:
Why does trade associations matter?

Bjørn Rønning has been the CEO of the Norwegian Datacenter Industry -- the trade association and the voice of the datacenter industry in Norway -- since it was formed in 2021. The association represents the entire value chain of the Norwegian data center industry, and represents site developers, network companies, power producers, fiber operators, equipment suppliers, advisors to data center operators. The association currently holds 50 member companies from home and abroad.
Bjørn has more than 20 years of experience in the digital infrastructure space, both as an advisor and entrepreneur for domestic and international projects and companies.
Bjørn holds a degree in electronics and process automation.
Erwin Deeben

Like you, infrastructure expert Erwin Deeben has seen the world of ICT shift over the years. The demands of customers and companies push us to the limit, are you ready for it? Higher speeds and more needs, flexibility how do we cope with this?
With over two decades of design, build and management of infrastructures, and most importantly, real-life, in-the-trenches business experience, his view is radically different. Erwin appreciates, and shares with listeners, that different view is not a moment-to-moment choice it is a way to support businesses needs and challenges for longer terms.
Erwin has served as a senior consultant with the Dutch based system integrators KPN and Getronics Company for several years. He is an infrastructure professional, many years of experience as a portfolio, product and technical manager and continues to work with the best and brightest within the infrastructure world.
Luka Milinković
Lecture:

Luka Milinković has many years of experience in controlling and managing of IT security risks through the development of new solutions and performing IT audits. Luka has participated in various projects such as development and implementation of crypto algorithms and protocols, authentication methods, GDPR, application of AI & ML in business, digital payment systems, blockchain technology, data protection and implementation of models for the automatic detection of internal/external fraudulent acts. Luka has experience in defining and improving the ITIL processes and IT controls, strategic IT management and IT risk management. Luka is Security, Governance and Risk Manager at Symphony. His passions are cryptography, authentication algorithms, blockchain, security design and Lego.

At METZ Connect his goal is to develop the business of METZ Connect in the Eastern European markets and find the right solution for you, their final user. Whether in the network infrastructure, building management area, or industrial cabling, his philosophy is to understand the technical demands of their customers to select the right products and support you in realizing your ideas.
